Non-Liability for Harassment and Personal Conduct

Global Gullies is committed to providing a safe environment but is not liable for instances of verbal or physical harassment within or outside the squad.
All personal conduct and intimate behaviors are at the sole discretion and responsibility of the individuals involved.
The brand does not interfere in private interpersonal relationships formed during the journey.
Any legal or personal repercussions arising from individual behavior are the sole responsibility of the party involved.

Clients are legally responsible for maintaining the condition of all provided accommodations, campsites, and vehicles.
Any damage caused to furniture, equipment, or the surrounding natural environment must be avoided at all costs.
We strictly follow responsible tourism guidelines; clients are expected to maintain cleanliness in both public and private spaces.
Failure to comply with property rules may lead to immediate damage-repair charges levied by the vendor or Global Gullies.

Participation in all activities, including adventure sports (paragliding, trekking, rafting), is done strictly at the client's own risk.
Clients must take necessary personal precautions and fully comply with all safety instructions provided by guides.
Global Gullies is not liable for accidents, physical injuries, or health complications sustained during these activities.
We reserve the right to bar a participant from an activity if they are deemed physically unfit or under the influence.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of misconduct toward Trip Captains, fellow travelers, vendors, or locals.
Clients creating disturbances or violating safety norms may be removed from the trip immediately at their own expense.
In case of removal, no refunds will be issued for the remaining part of the trip.
Global Gullies will not bear any costs related to the client’s alternative travel arrangements following a removal.

Global Gullies does not provide, encourage, or tolerate the possession or use of illegal drugs and narcotics.
Engaging in substance abuse during the trip is done entirely at the client's own risk.
The brand is not liable for legal, personal, or medical consequences arising from drug-related behavior.
Discovery of illegal substances may lead to immediate termination from the squad without a refund.

All photos or videos created during the trip by Global Gullies content creators are the property of the brand.
We reserve the right to use this media for advertising and promotional activities across all digital and social platforms.
Clients cannot use trip content for commercial purposes without explicit prior permission from Global Gullies.
